Keep in mind, there are 3 companies involved in "Early Neutral Evaluation" process, to see if things can be worked out....court aside.

I guess it gets down to how much discovery e.Digital can gain in this process and if the parties can come to terms with it....for future and past considerations of the products in question.

If e.Digital feels it needs more discovery defendants are unwilling to give.....then the court will step back in to mend the problem.
