I was hoping that the dismissal was due to a settlement. I'm not expecting much $ but a PR would help us break the .20 mark and give us some pps momentum about future settelment $. I'm praying to the Scotch Gods tonight about a Sandisk buy-out for $7.50 per..I may have a cigar also..that pushes it to $9 per..
