Last Thurs on the visit, I got the impression there will be further filings. On my 9-26-12 visit, I got the same impression. Fred did not come right out and say it, because he can't.

NUNCHI is a very far reaching revolutionary tech in it's infancy, as was flash back in 1996 when 774 was born 2-13-96. It took 5 or so years before the interest curve went exponential by CE firms.

NUNCHI was born mid-Nov, 2012. In the context awareness space, in which NUNCHI will play a part, this is still very new overall to the industry.

The speed at which this tech is moving, will be coming online much faster than did flash.

That's my 2 cents from asking questions for almost 2 years since the 3-14-11 webcast.
