There is a very wealthy man that lives in my area. He made his money in concrete especially during the housing boom.

He owns thousands of acres in the area. Over the course of three months he completely stripped an entire of hillside of it's trees. It made alot of people angry because now we have to look at this ugly stump riddled six hundred foot hill every day.

No one understood why he sold all this timber after the housing bubble had burst and Lumber was at it's lowest resale price in over 15 years?!? He has plenty of money anyway!

Wrong... He cheated on his wife and had to do what he needed to pay for his indiscretion.

Sometimes we just don't know why people do what they do no matter how irrational it appears to us.
