.....Jerry disclaims it, and he does not have to recognize it in reports any more.

He disclaimed ownership of it in every report.

By that, I mean he is not associated with more than 5% ownership any more, with that, he does not have to report anything any more.

As of his last report he was at 5.1%....which was adjusted prior to the next reporting....where it was nothing more than a report stating...I do not have to report any more...bye, bye ya'll.....lol

What got him down to the 5.1%....were shares liquidated from the "Family Trust" and... Davric, it was missing from that report. Between that report and the prior ...he was disassociated from Davric.

Anyway...just so you know...lol
