What would security be worth per chip...for both your IP....along with the content to be driven through your IP ?

That`s just one item....maybe you might want to reach out from the embedded environment to peripheral devices...such as HDD media...flash media....etc

Or maybe drive video and audio configurations

When you purchase platforms from e.Digital you pay for predefined accomplishments.

When a company does in fact come along to license the right to develop MOS type platforms.....they will have an ability to develop at the same level that e.Digital does....creating platforms as they see fit....owning them.

They will...be required to except that one component from e.Digital....securing the MOS kernel.
