I used QCOM as an example only, although it's a great fit.
Gimbal is simply the use of sensors in the CA space, but in no way is it the whole enchilada that NUNCHI is. CA is but a small part of what NUNCHI can do.
The easiest comparison is to read the trademark description of both, and what I also did, because I'm lucky to be down the road from Fred, is have him summarize it in simple terms.
There are others with apps and IP who will be competing in the CA space, NUNCHI can add value to their tech.
It's very complex, but I'm keeping it simple.
Another way to look at it, if Gimbal and NUNCHI were one in the same, the Gimbal patent would have been rejected.
