Doni , I am in no way expert in USPTO response , but as i see since the Non- final

rejection from November it almost 4 months passed and there is no response to

examiner request from Qualcomm !. Usually there is much sooner respond to examiner

concern. Hopefully in regard to prior art issues this bodes well for us.
