Most of Qualcomm patent 13018180 context awareness has been rejected !

They asked for one month extension for response till March ,26 , 2013.
The important thing is they changed and amended the key claim , the
claim No 1 !
From USPTO site March,22,2013
" Please enter the following amendments before taking action on the merits of the above referenced application.
Claim1 -38 were pending , of which claims 1 - 6 , 8 - 28
And 30 - 38 were rejected and claims 7 , 17 , 29 , and 37 were
objected to . Claim 1 , 11 , 23 , and 31 - 38 have been amended.
Applicant believes that the present application is in condition
for allowance In view of the following comments , thus, a
prompt and favorable action toThis end is respectfully
requested.
