The focus of the examiner is on the imaging concepts, and the other interfacing issues such as sensor data, processor and camera considerations....etc.

The focus is not on data management issues....which in e.g noting "searching database h" is not relevant in the examiners concerns.

IMO, it should be for the same reasons the 4 prior arts are noted.
