If someone submits for an application that has similarity to what e.Digital has just received patents on, what better way to wake them all up? Keep the examiners informed of e.Digitals prior art.

My concern may, or may not be important regarding Qcomms application and data base issues.

I just see that it should be, after all, e.Digitals application anticipates a server data base interaction. Why bother with patent terms like that, if the interaction is not important?

For image, audio, video, or any type telemetry...the data type doesn't matter, what does matter is the concept of interfacing a CE device to a server environment and turning requests around.
