The other issue was that they represented AAPL and there was a conflict of interest if EDIG went after them. Handel was given the golden apple and they are hungry enough to take on even the big guys because if they win, the win is enourmous not for just EDIG but for their law firm. Their examination of just what EDIG was all about even surprised EDIG. That was why they needed to go to this other co. to find out just what their worth might be.
