You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
That's the assumption, but no formal announcements yet. My understanding was that both parties have 30 days to agree terms (or not) and let the court know. I think the 30 days was up for the first settlement yesterday, so there should be a pacer update?
