How long has it been since the first legal case was filed?

As I recall it was no more than an 18 month window to close the revenue window.

Is the new strategy different than DM's strategy?

Anybody have time frame estimates from any conversations with management or any insights as to settlements en masse or will they be more on a case by case basis?
