We need a large settlement well north of the Samsung settlement in order to get the s/p moving up. (or a large Nunchi contract will do too). I would surmise some folks looking in from the outside (without much knowledge), look at the Samsung settlement and are skeptical of the new(er) lawsuits against some more big names (apple, sandisk, etc.). i.e. they are thinking "if samsung got off so cheap apple, sandisk, etc. will as well and then where does this company go from there".

Not my thoughts as a lot has happened (re-exam, etc) since samsung but can see how some on the outside may think that way. Here's hoping spring weather brings a further warmup of the s/p.
