Should the Apple suit get to a jury trial, I think it would favor edig. Jurors would understand the simplicity of the flash patent portfolio applications as opposed to the complex technical aspects.

Lets hope that IPMetrics would have provided edig with reasonable valuations based on the conditions of the contract. This would afford a fair price evaluation of the company should any buyout discussion be initiated.
