Having reviewed the parties’ Joint Motion Re: Stipulated Order Of Dismissal, and good cause appearing therefor, the Joint Motion [Doc. No. 41] is GRANTED. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1.Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation’s (“Plaintiff”) claims brought against Defendants Korg U.S.A. and Korg Inc. (collectively, “Korg”) in the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

2.Plaintiff’s claims brought against the Defendants Guitar Center, Inc.; Sweetwater Sound Inc.; Kraft Music Ltd.; Sam Ash Music Corporation; and J & R Electronics Inc. as to the sale of Korg products are hereby DISMISSED WITH
