Just a general comment to all.

If e.Digital, Blue Sands IP, Handal & Assoc or IPmetrics in part or collectively, determine companies are infringing on any part of the NUNCHI Platform currently consisting of 6 patents with 3 more that we know of pending, the team is in place for Handal to take legal action. EDIG is the best protected in it's history infringement wise.

There seems to be many thoughts that apps on the market in the context awareness space that employ the use of sensors, are NUNCHI's competition, when in fact Gimbal and Verizon Selects for examples, are not.

NUNCHI is capable of collecting the data input from these technologies and all else like them and do something with it to benefit the user. CA is but a small part of all that NUNCHI can do.

There are apps called SafeOnTheMove, TextOnHold and PushForPanic which are registered trademarks. In a nut shell, they have GPS, GeoFencing, speed controls, phone is disabled above 10 MPH except for calling 911, if the user has left a programmed area via GeoFencing, the admistrator gets a text with a Google map of the location. If the phone is set for 55 MPH maximum and the user exceeds it, the admin gets a text. These apps are not NUNCHI's competion either, but it sounds like NUNCHI.

Hope this helps!
