Its not so strange. If they can come up with something close without stepping on Nunchi is what will ave them money in the long run. If they happen to step on Nunchi then that will cost them. They are all in the gme to make money so you can't fault them for trying.

Edig has to be very diligent and look them over in the event of their using any part of Nunchi. Thats what happened in the past. We trusted them and they screwed us. They used NDA's and they blindsided us. I hope we are smartere this time and use big fangs to any that are caught infringing.
