Clearly we won't know whether "settlement" = "payment" until EDIG releases a PR telling us so. Then we'll almost certainly not get any sense of the amount until the associated 10Q is filed (in this case due by 8/15).

Any pre-trial settlements by nature will be less than any potential post-trial wins. I wouldn't set settlement expectations too high although several small ones could add up.

My focus remains with Nunchi since the right news on that front could cause our share price to accelerate once again like it did in the old days. I can believe the interest is there... will the money follow?
