As I recall, the PACER docs in the TX 7 and CO 19 cases that referenced "settlements" always meant EDIG got money. Case dismissals without a mention of settlement in the PACER doc (such as Leica Camera and TIC Computer in the CO 19 case, and Yamaha in the CA case) are different and I don't remember EDIG ever stating they received money from these defendants.

KORG Doc 41 states, "On the basis of the settlement reached, Plaintiff hereby voluntarily dismisses all claims brought against KORG U.S.A. and KORG, INC., with prejudice;..." It goes on to also dismiss claims against Guitar Center, Inc; Sweetwater Sound Inc.; Kraft Music Ltd; Sam Ash Music Corporation; and J & R Electronics Inc as to the sale of only Korg products with prejudice.

Shaghal Doc 24 also has the same language in it..."On the basis of the settlement reached...".

I feel confident we'll see money from KORG and Shaghal...how much is the big question. We wait.
