and Judge Sabraw provided enough guidance that Apple's lawyers know what they have to do in order to bulletproof their case against the next motion to strike or dismiss.
Judge Sabraw has done what he could do to make it easy for Apple to meet the requirements for justiciable claims. If Apple heeds his advice, it will only have lost a limited amount of time, and its case will then go forward.
imho this does not look ok to me how can he tell apples lawyers how to bullet proof their case?
is he going to do the same thing again with apple or this time he will bullet proof or case with Handle against Apple?
Am I reading it correctly or I am missing something? comments are welcome.
