Us suing Apple is good, but it could be drug out for a very long time--I hope not of course. If we are similarlily attacking some of the inner workings of the iPhone, my guess is they will not roll over easily. Our best hope for something sooner rather than later is probably some version of a watered down settlement which would be better than what we have now. IMVHO. I think that the multi billion dollar bond offering that they recently took to market is not to pay an increased dividend and buy back shares at all, but for future attorney fees to fight Edig--LOL.
