that the number one most profitable product in the U.S. is the iPhone. As I ventured in a prior post IMO, Apple will defend their position strongly and the suit against them could take time, but the bottom line is some portion of those billions of dollars of profitability belongs to Edig. It is up to Handal and Blue Sands to prove so either through attaining a significant settlement or in a court of law. Another possibility would be to convince a big fish that Apple stole our technology, be bought out by them at a good number, and then let them continue the fight against Apple with the possibility of a huge payoff in the end--SNDK?
