gocougs....that would be about right....seems a very manageable thing to do for share holders if they can get this thing rolling.

All we can do at this point is see what comes in and what fraction 3mill would be of it....I hope its small.

Too early to tell if the legal action can actually take on a boiler plate scenario.

The judge seems to be aligning for fast action in the court....considering what he wants regarding the conference call coming up.
