Again...it's called a "confidential agreement". If I were Fred and an Infringer was ready to sign a license but insisted on confidentialty, I would absolutely agree. Numbers will be out in a 10-Q. Why is that so hard for people to get?

I can just hear the backlash Fred would get if he DID NOT agree to confidentialty and the Infringer dragged things out in court for years.
