silversurfer, respectfully I submit it is in EDIG best interest to have NDA'S, more so than for the infringers. With multiple defendants it seems foolish to show your "hand", while still in negotiations with the remaining defendants. I enjoy and appreciate your posts, and whatever the motivation for the NDA'S they are a fact of life.I'm not sure why we have to suffer through the same whining every time we get a settlement, but I guess that has become a fact of life, also.
