I agree. I want to see income and contracts before I believe we will survive. Ben here too long and have too much money tied upin this stock, thus my concern over the last few years.

Several more patent settlement of small dollars is only going to keep the lights on a while, unless we win a suit against Apple or other large infringers with substantial dollar settlements.

As to Nunchi, the issue remains as to the market needs. We have seen many different providers beginning to set up awareness concepts and implementing applications, software and analytical elements without the need of the platform concepts that Nunchi would provide.

Have we developed a forward/future process that is several years too soon for the industry to adopt and provide the complex information, analysis and anticipatory needs as has been implied based on the Nunchi systems concept.

Without substantial and sustaining revenues from Nunchi, the income received from patent settlements excluding significant dollars from Apple or other very large infringers, I doubt the market/investors would move the share price up to our expectations, and any buyout would be questionable.

Waiting more than ten is a life time and any thought of buying more shares until I see evidence of success, considerable income and long term contracts, is and has been out of the question for years.

I want to see Fred and the BODs change their archaic attitude about keeping information the shareholders are entitled to secret and offering more transparency concerning the business including plans, and developmnent of future income strategies.

The past hasn't worked and change needs to be implemented.
