Just because it was filed the same day as four others I do not think means anything. Each company has different numbers of potential infringing products with our tech having different importance with each product. I would in no way relate this to Handal dropping the ball. As Plank said, it looks like we included the retailers in the suits to get their attention and cooperation with the sales figures. Without the sales figures, we would just be relying on the infringer to tell us how many of each product were sold--and they stole our tech in the first place. It looks as though we reserved the right to ask them for sales figures in the future if necessary.
