Any valuation into the dollar & above range assumes that the flash patents are worth a heckuva lot more than the settlements we've seen so far. If they are indeed as valuable as the board believes, my guess would be that settlement figures should be much better moving forward.

Hard to factor Nunchi in at this point as there's very little to go on regarding it's value to the marketplace. Let's hope it's VHS and not Betamax.

Financials in the next 3-6-12 months are going to be key. glta.
