Well, in my opinion of course, I would venture to say that they "INFRINGED" not "WORKED AROUND" EDIG's patented technology. That's why HANDAL is so busy now ;-)

As far as NUNCHI is concerned, our NUNCHI PATENTS are relatively new and yet to be enforced, it would seem to me that IPmetrics is giving companies a chance TO PURCHASE a license before HANDAL drops the hammer...LOL It would make sense to me... given the opportunity to buy first instead of pay later.

I guess it comes back to a question I have ... is licensing cheaper than litigation?

I think e.Digital's and FRED's new motto should be.... Pay us now or pay us later...but you will pay.
