A Little Perspective

As has been pointed out, this was never going to be easy. If Apple was a pushover, their share price would look more like ours. But here we are, going one on one with the biggest giant of them all. Our flash patents have been reexamined and validated.
They may not be bullet-proof, but we are seeing a steady stream of settlements that provide operating income and may allow us to show a profit. If the patents did not look solid to infringers, they wouldn't be lining up to settle. Let's just hope we're getting more than pocket change.
And we have several months to make an iron-clad case against AAPL. Let's hope we have engineers taking apart their products and attorneys and IP experts pulling our case together. Whether AAPL settles or takes it the full distance, the publicity alone should generate share price increase. And Nunchi, of course, remains a possibility.
In short, if we can demonstrate that we have a viable business model, a reliable revenue stream, and prospects of one or more very large settlements, we could see the share price jump.
Anyone think this pullback could be an excellent buying opportunity?
As always, JMHO.
