There seems to be a little hesitation as to how far to go with this. They want to get on the good side of the crooks thinking that they will stop being such and hand over their bank account.

Just what makes us think that they have any interest in what we have and that they are willing to do things legal?? Its been 15 plus years and they got away with it. Now we have a court that in essence say's we need to give them a little more time, and then what??? Did they commit the crime???? What the hell are we paying these judges for. Either they understand what the law is and then judge the issue. If we don't own the rights then correct the USPO, or why do we have one in the first place.

Has any thief ever given up what he has been succesful in? Its one thing to get a liscence from them and then go after them because being a thief they still want to get away with something.
