Keep in mind, that the previous judge in charge had a scheduled, all encompassing, conference call slated for 5-17-2013.

Subsequent that, she stepped down, a shuffle of judges took place , where on 5-1-2013 the current judge took over....and a re-set of the conference call for 5-29-2013 took place.

For the issues considered of the 5-17-2013 conference call...they took place on the 29th.

It was all laid out, where the newly assigned judge had to get familiar with all the cases within a short time frame, along with objectives considered by the first judge.

This is no big deal at all, with that, the initial, Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo, is still involved.
