I agree with mnuch of what you said . Its here though that I disagree to an extent. If the USPO stated that the patents that we have are nut just legal but belong solely to Edig then the courts must agree with them. What the judges do then is on each case ejudicate with reason the extent of violation based on the information given . To delay the whole process just because of the volume of cases should not be at the expense of EDIG. These companies were well aware of the case against them and should have been prepared for an up or down verdict. We have already been at this game for more than 15 years. Its not to be based on the convience of the court. They have had this for more than 5 years. That judges keep getting themselve recused has been a plus for these infringers and that has got to stop.

You say that its not a set back, yes it and to the minds of many here it is. When next year comes and another judge decides to recuse himself then what. That can go on for ever and justice is not served.
