Sure does eems like the more good news ( apparently) we see ie: IP affirmation, settlements, enforcement and new IP the more volitile the SP.

Given the history, can't say that I blame anyone that looks at EDIG however, there are a lot of doubting Thomas's.

It's going to take sustainable revenue and new licensing partners to see real progress.

No reason at all to believe that won't happen soon.
