Annual report (10K) could come about any day now... likely within 2 weeks.

I'm fairly sure that all 5 settlements will be booked in the current quarter meaning no official amounts will be given until the 10Q due by 8/15. From the PR on 5/14: "The arrangements represent the first license agreements since resolution of the Eastern District of Texas and Colorado court actions." Without checking back for PACERs, I don't think there were any settlements before 3/31.

That is not to say that they couldn't give guidance for the revenues expected for this quarter. Companies do it all the time and even EDIG has done so in the past.

If the total revenue from all 5 settlements were something north of say: 2 million or so, shouldn't they want that out there so others will know we're not cheap? I can understand not wanting to bring attention to these 5 settlements if the combined amount is small, but why keep it a secret if the amount is fairly large? Good news should be shouted, yes? So what does no guidance infer?
