Edig probably had already identified most if not all of the prospective customers and provbide the list to IPMetrics.

What edig did not have was a realistic estimate of the market and the value of Nunchi, both lease and sale. At the same time IPMetrics could go ahead and make contact with potential customers and provide the appropriate data for them to evaluate.

1) I don't think we have an offer to buy the company, not enough time has elasped for a good evaluation considering the patent porfolios, potential settlements, and how Nunchi will offset the acquisition price.

2) I don't think we would settle for a single lease, if so it would almost be the same as a purchase price wise long term.

3) Could possibility be a sale transaction pending, a low probability.

4) Other reasons will eventually become clear as to why they have temporarily or chose to no longer have the information on the web site.
