I sure hope you are right Dish, but I see it differently. Grundig may have very little money and could have not fought this thing in the courts for a prolonged time. Also, the permanent injunction may be their biggest price to pay if they cannot pay commensurate with the damage they have done. We all know that Apple could drag this thing out for a very long time if they so choose. They could also, with chump change to them, buy the whole company at a number that would be sufficient to many on this board. We will see.
