And though I suggest this admission by Grundig should be promoted by EDIG in a PR, that leverage exists whether EDIG issues a PR or not. The PR would be more for the investment community. I say this because I strongly suspect that all opposition/accused infringers follow everything that happens through ongoing extreme DD. In other words, THEY are all aware and must take Grundig's admission on infringement and patent validity into consideration.
