I understand that our patents are valid for another 2 or three years.. Some comments were made that all that these companies need to do is wait untill they expire and then they can use what they want. What about those that have been taken to court. Are they still libel for their theft or does all that go by the boards. We have liagation against some 170 plus infringers, do they get off the hook as a result of those patents expiring or do we still have a case against them.
