Here is my message - go and re-read it: "You're wrong IMO and now we have a permanent injunction preventing this company from further using EDIG very valuable and renewed patents... So now this company Grundig will no longer be able to use the EDIG products - .what do you think the price will be for these other defendants? Permanent injunctions - good stuff for EDIG...thus the court found the patent to be okie-dokie...bye, bye silly so called "Markman" ruling... Remember, the so called death-nell "markman" was nuthin...poorly written and poorly constructed, full O flaws... Awesome development, the rest of these defendants should be very nervous now..." finally - what matters is the STRENGTH of the PATENTS - VERY STRONG indeed!!! Courts will not grant permanent injunctions unless they are based upon something...also, unless we have actually read the agreement, we don't know for sure who will pay what... |
