I am expecting a PR separate from the 10-K NLT Thurs.

I continue to be encouraged that we haven't seen the 10K yet. It's getting down to the wire and I suspect the 10K is ready but that they could be waiting for some other event to occur before releasing it.

We already know there won't be much in the way of revenues to report as of 03/31/13.

We also know that they prefer to combine news into a single PR when they can to save on the expense of issuing a separate one... unless the news is worthy of its own PR I suppose. We'll see.
