Over at PTSC, with their licensing effort, there have been some halve dozen licensees (per gross licensee count) that were never announced. Reason being that some licensees do not want the world to know (a la what I posted in my "I do know" post yesterday).

Any chance that this could have happened during the reporting period? Are there prospective licensees that are not engaged/accused in some sort of litigation (ITC/FDC)? I ask this second question because if the licensee is engaged in formal litigation and there were a settlement, it would most likely be revealed in a PACER/court document.

Just curious as to the possibility of a little happy surprise in the 10Q.
