When the DM stuff got under way with the TX 7, on a visit I asked why it has taken all these years before the company went after these thieves.

The long and short of it was, "we did not have the resources."

EDIG lacked funding to hire a lawfirm is the bottom line, thus DM coming along on a contingency agreement basis as stated by RP, "DM is the best thing that ever happened to e.Digital."

We can discuss the pros and cons all day about the DM days, but the cash that came in not only kept us on our feet, the company became debt free as announced by Fred at the Nov 19, 2009 SHM and we remain that way.

No further dilution either....DM served their purpose then EDIG went to phase 2 after the re-exams were successful.

Looks like more cash in transit...lol.
