I'd say you were WRONG to the tune of 22 lawsuits entered by HANDAL & Associates and to TOP IT OFF - As of June 6, 2013, seven defendants had agreed to license and settlement terms during the course of related litigation. I can only imagine how much money e.Digital will post in the next 10Q in August 2013 just because FRED FALK decided to hire HANDAL & Associates to enforce the Flash-R Portfolio.
