It looks like this is now in the judge's hand for review and ruling. I know this was discussed when Apple filed the Collateral Estoppel.

Which way the judge rules will effect eDigital how.??

If he rules in favor of Apple and all the other defendants that filed CE, does that diminish the strength of what was originally filed??
