IMO, document 35-1 looks to tell the tale, so to speak.

In my humble opinion, it looks like it's "GAME ON", but of course I'm not a lawyer and have very limited knowledge of the law... So, if anyone with a LAW background cares to give an opinion, it would be greatly appreciated... thanks.
