e.Digital could name them(NewEgg) again...seeing that issues were resolved in the MiTAC case without prejudice.....that NewEgg agreed to.

"Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) hereby voluntarily dismisses this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to the following Defendant only:
1) Newegg, Inc."

How would an event in one case of agreement relieving NewEgg without compensation issues, reflect on another case where NewEgg is blatantly refusing relief for matters of compensation?

Pondering that, NewEgg has also agreeded to a condition of WITHOUT PREJUDICE where they can be re-visited.
