Basically the big corporations are very good at applying technology but not very good at creating technology . So here we have a ready made solution in the form of "efficient infringement" that favors those with application resources over those with innovation resources (brains) effectively making the innovators unpaid employees of those corporations . What's even more sad is that our country would be better served if the innovators spent their time innovating rather than suing.
